Q: Is NexGear a real electronics retailer? A: NexGear is a Demonstration Store built on the Magento platform. While the 3,000+ products listed (Laptops, Smartphones, Components) represent real-world specifications and pricing, we do not hold physical inventory or fulfill actual commercial orders. This site exists to demonstrate e-commerce functionality.

Q: Are the products listed brand new? A: In our simulated environment, all products are listed as 100% Brand New, Factory Sealed. We represent high-end brands like Apple, Dell, ASUS, and Logitech.

Q: Do you have a physical showroom? A: Currently, NexGear operates exclusively online to provide the best possible pricing. However, for our demo scenario, we simulate a warehouse presence in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for express delivery calculations.

2. PRODUCT ENQUIRIES

Q: Do the smartphones and laptops come with international firmware? A: Yes. All our devices are the Global Version, meaning they come with English pre-installed and support international carrier bands (4G/5G) right out of the box.

Q: I want to build a custom PC. Can you assemble it for me? A: We sell individual PC components (CPUs, GPUs, Motherboards) for enthusiasts who want to build their own rigs. If you purchase all components in a single order, our (simulated) technical team can assemble it for free upon request in the order notes.

Q: Are the product images accurate? A: We strive for 100% accuracy. However, due to manufacturer updates, minor details (like packaging design) may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

3. ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take? A: We offer two shipping tiers:

Express Delivery: For inner-city orders (Hanoi/HCMC), we aim for 24-hour delivery.
Standard Delivery: For nationwide orders, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your region.

Q: How much is shipping? A: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under this amount, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the package and your location.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order status changes to "Shipped," you will receive an email with a Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, Giao Hang Nhanh) to monitor your package in real-time.

4. WARRANTY & RETURNS

Q: What is the "NexGuard" 30-Day Exchange Policy? A: We offer a 1-to-1 exchange policy for the first 30 days. If your product encounters a hardware defect (such as dead pixels, battery failure, or connection issues) that is not caused by physical damage, we will swap it for a brand new unit immediately.

Q: What do I need to provide for a return? A: To process a return, you must provide:

The product in like-new condition.
The Full Original Packaging (Box, cables, manuals).
We highly recommend recording an Unboxing Video when you receive high-value items to serve as proof of condition.

Q: Does the warranty cover water damage? A: No. Standard warranty terms exclude liquid damage, physical drops, screen cracks caused by impact, or unauthorized repairs. These are considered "User Induced Damage."

5. PAYMENT & INSTALLMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master, Amex).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay securely when the courier delivers the item to your door.
Bank Transfer: For large B2B orders.

Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card details? A: For this Demo Store: NO. Please do not enter real credit card information. In a real-world scenario, NexGear would use industry-standard encryption (SSL) and trusted payment gateways (like Stripe or PayPal) to ensure your data is never stored on our servers.

Q: Do you offer installment plans (0% Interest)? A: Currently, we do not offer direct installment plans via the website. However, customers paying via Credit Card may be able to convert transactions into installments through their issuing bank's mobile app.
