4. WARRANTY & RETURNS (The "NexGear Promise")
30-Day 1-to-1 Exchange: If your product has a hardware defect (e.g., dead pixels, battery failure, keyboard malfunction) within 30 days of receipt, we will exchange it for a brand-new unit.
Conditions for Return:

The item must be in new condition with no scratches or physical damage.

Full Packaging: You must return the original box, charger, cables, and manuals.

Unboxing Video: For high-value items (Laptops, GPUs, Monitors), an unboxing video is highly recommended to expedite claims regarding missing accessories or physical damage.
